You can have your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all in one place and relax in a quiet, comfortable room before, during and after. All without leaving The Woodford Inn!
We provide all catering and alcohol sales through our on-site restaurant. The price per person includes food, soft beverages, the facility, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, setup/cleanup, and staff. The only additional charges are alcohol, tax, and gratuity. We can customize your bar menu to whatever you would like to have for you and your guests. Any combination open or cash bar, beer, wine and/or liquor.
The only other vendors you would need would be for your cake, flowers, decorations, DJ, and photographer. We have local contact information for these services if you need them.
You have your choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony sites. The Pavilion can seat up to 150 guests. The minimum for a Saturday event in the Pavilion during prime wedding season (May 1st to September 30th) is 80 guests.
We have 8 lodging rooms which are convenient to use the night before the Wedding and Reception, the wedding night, or both! We can build a package that suits your needs with room discounts if booking 4 or more rooms and special pricing for your Rehearsal Dinner.
